Description
Texas Administrative Code Ch 565.37- Protective Devices certification standard states that the HCS provider will develop a policy and procedure to ensure that each service provider who will use the protective device/s has been trained in the proper use of the protective device, in accordance with the initial assessment. Here is a sample policy for an overall protocol for protective devices, including discussion of proper training of service providers.
