Topics: Provider Responsibilities & Timelines, Preparing For Your Annual PDP Meeting with Service Planning Team, Quality Assurance Tools, Commonly Cited Items at Survey (Including Nursing), Review of Recent & Proposed HCS TAC code changes (We will be concentrating on HCS TAC 9.178 and 9.174), Recent Changes In The Survey Process, Discussion of Survey Expectations Concerning Content of The Implementation Plan & Monitoring of Progress/Lack of Progress for Objectives. Review of DADS & The BON’s Expectations for Nursing Services That Surveyors Will Want To See. Preparing For Billing Audits. **All attendees will receive a manual with handouts, recommended forms, and resources.
