Anna Kluth: Employment Consultant
Anna Kluth is an Employment Consultant with more than 12 years of experience supporting young adults with IDD, ASD, and other forms of neurodiversity. She began her career in a leadership role at a Houston nonprofit, helping individuals ages 18–30 build social connections, develop independent living skills, and pursue vocational goals. She later contributed to major workforce initiatives through the Houston‑Galveston Area Council, collaborating with schools, employers, and community partners to expand inclusive employment opportunities.
Anna has also played a key role in high‑impact programs with Texas Workforce Commission–Vocational Rehabilitation Services, including helping lead the region’s largest Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL) program serving more than 600 students across 45 school districts. Her work includes launching the first state‑funded Job Coach Pilot and supporting initiatives such as Paving the Pathway, the Foster Youth Collaborative, and the GREAT Conferences. She has presented at statewide and national conferences on effective transition practices and employment inclusion for neurodiverse individuals.
