2- Day Workshop (HCS/TxHmL Programs)
Twogether Consulting is pleased to invite you to our live 2-day workshop training session open to all HCS/TxHmL providers We will be presenting this training session at “The Harris County Center For IDD & Mental Health Services Conference Center”
All HCS/TxHmL Providers now have the chance for Case Managers, Program Managers, Nurses and/or QA staff to get a chance to attend our much more comprehensive versions of the training, as opposed to via short webinars. So please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested in having any of your staff attend. Whether you are brand new to the program, need a refresher, or have just never received much-needed training, we hope this course will be extremely helpful to providers. We will provide certificates of completion of the course for your employee training records.
We will address both nursing and case management/care coordination staff specifically concerning things the provider will need to serve the individual being admitted as well as what activities must occur, what documents must be obtained and completed at admission, and what follow-up must be done once the individual has been admitted into the program. This will include a discussion of monitoring the services of the individual and documentation of those services as well as ways to ensure both waiver and non-waiver services are being received. In addition, we will review some of the more important information the provider and care coordinator will need to know for preparing for the current survey process.
