Twogether Consulting is pleased to invite you to this wonderful live training session to discuss what CFC services are via the MCO’s as well as the option of receiving CDS services via the MCO’s and what that means for the individual and the LAR (Legally Authorized Representative). Some of the services that an individual can receive in CDS within the HCS/TxHmL programs include: CFC (Community First Choice) Respite and ISS This session will be held at “The Center” in Houston, Texas in one of their amazing new conference rooms.
