About Our Presenters….
Introduction:
Ricardo Ortega (Director of Sales & Marketing)
Ricardo is the director of sales and marketing with ICaremanager. Some of you may also recognize him from his many years working for Tarrytown Pharmacy. With over a decade of dedicated service to individuals with developmental disabilities, Ricardo Ortega brings a wealth of experience and passion to the field. Having spent 13 years in pharmacy, he developed a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of the IDD community. More recently, his 18-month tenure with iCareManager, an advanced electronic health record system and eMAR solution, has further solidified his commitment to enhancing care and providing innovative solutions for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ricardo is focused on creating meaningful relationships to positively impact the IDD community, leveraging a blend of expertise and technological innovation.

Jennie Thollander (Account Executive)
Prior to joining iCareManager, Jennie spent 17 years in the field of human services, working to empower individuals living with disabilities to reach their full potential.
From 2013 to 2023, Jennie worked with the nonprofit Brookwood in Georgetown (BiG), an innovative vocational and residential community for adults with disabilities. Over her tenure, she helped design and grow the vocational program to serve over 90 adults across three campuses while also developing a replication program across state lines. In 2019, Jennie was chosen to be a Nonprofit Fellow with the Praxis Community, a venture-building ecosystem designed to equip leaders to advance redemptive entrepreneurship in their fields.Prior to 2013, Jennie had a background in therapeutic recreation, special education, and state-funded adult social services. She graduated from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, with a degree in Psychology and currently resides in Georgetown, TX.
