September 28th, 2023 Beginning December 2024 a third TMHP contract for Claims Processing and Adjudication and Financial Services (Claims) with Conduent State Healthcare, LLC(Conduent) will be implemented. September 5th, 2023 As of Sept. 5th, TMHP had implemented improvements to the phone system, including the Automated Inquiry System (AIS). Here are some of the improvements: A.
