April 16th, 2026 FYI- Effective April 23, 2026, if an external user does not login into TULIP (Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal) for 90 days, then the external user’s access will be deactivated. If a deactivated user tries to login to TULIP portal, they will receive a notification saying they have been made inactive and to use the “Click Here” link to reset password in order to reactivate the account.
