HHSC: HCS Amendment To Rates Effective Sept. 1, 2025

June 21st, 2025 HHSC is accepting comments on the amendment of the 1915(c) Home and Community-based Services Waiver. View the HCS amendment details. Through this amendment, HHSC updated the attendant rates and increased the HCS individual cost limits.
