Where To Find LTC FFS Claim Processing/Payment Timeline

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has published a Long-Term Care (LTC) Fee-for-Service (FFS) claim processing/payment timeline.

The timeline outlines the process for an LTC FFS claim submitted to TMHP.

Here is the TMHP page that you can check for updates on fixes, errors discovered and other updates on TMHP issues in HCS. Not sure everything will be sent in provider alerts on our normal Sunday emails we get from HHSC.  Sounds like they won’t, so check periodically.
