Adoption Date of HCS Rules and Status of Statewide Transition Plan (STP):
gave HHSC preliminary approval of its STP on 12/21/2022. The STP will be posted for public comment this Friday (Jan. 20th, 2023).
It is unclear when the HCS rules will be adopted.
