UPDATE: TMHP EDI Connectivity Change Rescheduled for Sept. 1, 2026
The TMHP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Connectivity change scheduled for Aug. 1, 2026, has been moved to Sept. 1, 2026.
Note: This change gives batch submitters more time to prepare for the transition from the virtual private network connectivity method to the new Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) method. Providers that fail to complete trading partner testing for their submitter identifications may experience delays in claims reimbursement after SFTP implementation.

FYI, 2 main issues have been noted since the deployment of IAMOnline earlier this month:
- Someone (HHSC was not sure who) advised Providers to use their email address as their username when they log into TMHP IAMOnline. This is incorrect as users need to use the same TMHP username they always have been using. Once they use their username, they can successfully login.
- **HHSC determined that the user guide and the recently created video that was being reviewed indicated the incorrect username format. This was being communicated as the user’s email address. The user guide and the video will be updated to accurately reflect that users need to enter their username by itself when logging in.
- Providers that access TexMedConnect for Long Term Care from the MyAccount page on TMHP.com are being incorrectly routed to the TexMedConnect for Acute Care and are receiving an error message of “Unable to Sign In”. HHSC is having Providers login directly into TMHP IAMOnline using the link below and they can access TexMedConnect for LTC using the tile. The vendors were working on this issue to get a resolution tested and deployed ASAP. Hopefully, that has been corrected.
