Hello Everyone!
June is here, and it is already incredibly hot these days, so remember to keep cool and hydrated! It is also the start of hurricane season. Those of you in areas affected by hurricanes, remember to be prepared. HHSC is having several sessions to assist HCS/TxHmL/ISS/ICF providers. Be sure to update your emergency preparedness plans for your facility. There are currently no live webinars or training for June and most of July 2025. We may decide to add 1 live HCS care coordination/case management training in San Antonio, Tx for late June or early July. Twogether Consulting will keep you posted, or you can check out our home page on the website for current calendar events. We are still available for facility and 1 on 1 requests for webinars and live training in June and July. Postings for end-of-July sessions should be available by 1st week in June at the latest, on our Twogether Consulting website.
We had an excellent live 2-day Case Management training session in Dallas. Dallas Metro Care hosted our location on May 20th & 21st, 2025. Twogether Consulting sends out a big thank you to Dallas Metro Care, and we also would like to thank everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to come to Dallas for the training. For those of you who attended the training and anyone else who wants to join us, we will be providing 2 webinars at the end of July to “round out” the HCS case management training. The first session will be “Completing ICAPs & IDRCs & Understanding LONs”. The 2nd webinar is: “Adaptive Aids, Minor Home Modifications & Dental Services”.
