Upcoming HHSC Roadshow Training Opportunities
HHSC had planned to conduct an IDD Waiver In-Person Conference in August. Not sure if that is still happening, however:
Though not all details about these training sessions are included in the HHSC bulletin below, dates for “Road Show” training sessions in May and August are noted.
HHSC plans to also host sessions in El Paso, Ft Worth and potentially Houston. An inquiry as to why one is not being scheduled in west Texas has been made. We will share more info. as received.
Save the Date – HHSC Roadshow Trainings Connecting, Learning, Achieving Together!
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Roadshow will provide comprehensive program trainings to providers serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Sessions are designed to strengthen provider knowledge and support effective service delivery. These trainings will occur in various Texas cities between May and August 2026.
