- Future reports will NOT be optional.
- HHSC urges providers to complete the SFY 2025 FCR to become familiar with the reports and STEPS.
- The information one submits will NOT be used for any purpose other than providing feedback to HHSC as to adjustments which may need to be made to the reports going forward.
- Read the highlighted section below. One’s PEC in STEPS MUST match one’s PEMS email address.
