This communication serves to correct the notice sent on Friday about the information letter governing Payment Adequacy Provisions and State Fiscal Year 2025-29 Financial Compliance Report Information. Some providers have noted that the link in the letter did not work, so the correct, revised letter is below for your review.
Please note the letter does not completely replace IL 2026-12, but HHSC has removed IL 2026-12 from the website, and it is now replaced with IL 2026-16.
