RN Delegation Feature– Major changes to this feature to allow full RN Delegation options including- documentation of all RN Deletations, all RN &/or LVN inservices to the UAP (direct care staff) concerning “medical/physician orders”, including electronic signature sign off from nurse and staff. Also includes documentation of other Nursing Determinations by the RN, within RN Delegation component: FC Exemption and SB 1857. Discussion of Reports that can be viewed concerning RN Delegations & Other Determinations. Review of Outcomes/Objectives feature and having the RN utilize this feature to document involvement in Development of the Nursing section of IP (Implementation Plan). Discussion of changes coming in near future for adding new component: Comprehensive Nursing Assessment Format as opposed to the “Nursing Review”.
