The Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS) Provider Manual Revision 26-1 aligns Health and Human Services Commission policy related to its Office of Inspector General. This revision is effective Feb. 10, 2026. Review the updates linked here.
The changes specifically relate to “Fraud Referral”. OIG will be ramping up their investigations of possible fraud as some of you may know. These changes align policy with Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) policy related to the HHSC Office of Inspector General (OIG).
