CIMS: Revised Provider Letter:
HHSC LTCR Publishes Revised Regional Offsite Review Process for Critical Incidents Reported into the Critical Incident Management System for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Providers.
LTCR has revised Provider Letter 2024-22 which includes a new records request checklist for the critical incident management system.
This records request list will assist the provider in determining the appropriate documentation to submit to HHSC LTCR.
The CIMS reviewer will review the documentation.
