The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) provided live trainings on October 19th and 21st to review the 2027 Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (Integrated D-SNP) model expansion in Bexar, Dallas, El Paso, Harris and Hidalgo counties. They have also provided information below for providers concerning individuals affected.
