Hello Everyone!
The New Year is in full swing. Twogether Consulting office hours are back to normal as of January 16th, 2026. We are back up and running full force, so feel free to schedule appointments for consultation, training or on-site assistance.
As of February 1st, our hourly consultation fee is increasing to $90/hr. Currently, our rate is $85/hr. I wanted to formally thank our consultants who work with me at Twogether Consulting, Sheila Hanson (HCS/TxHmL), Marcus Denman(HCS/TxHmL/ICF), and Jo Beth Collier (ICF) for all their assistance in 2025, and look forward to continuing to provide services for all our clients and soon-to-be new clients in 2026. We continue to provide training, 1-1 webinars, mentoring or consultation, assistance with POC’s (Plans of Correction) and more for program managers, administrators, case managers, QIDP’s, Nurses and other persons working in these programs. I am also available for HCS/TxHmL/ICF programs and some CLASS waiver needs as well.
I will continue to assist persons applying for becoming HCS Waiver providers, but sadly we can no longer provide assistance with the application to become an Adult Mental Health HCBS waiver. Our consultant, Lynn Palmares, who previously provided these services is no longer able to do so, due to some very challenging health problems over the last year. Twogether Consulting sends her our best wishes for recovery and hopes that she continues to make good progress in getting well.

Jan 20th, 2026– Rights, Rights Restrictions, and Human Rights Committee (3 PM-5 PM)
Jan 23rd, 2026– Surrogate Decision Maker/Making Committee and Immediate Jeopardy/IJ’s (2 PM-4 PM)

Please notify Meghan Jones, for payment and to receive the link to registration for the training on “Gotowebinar” and all handouts will be provided prior to the session.
We are still available for facility and 1 on 1 requests for webinars and live training in January, but we will be taking a break from the live on-site trainings, through January 20th, 2025. We will, however, be having webinars in January. Remember, for all scheduled webinars and our general live sessions open to the public, you can view all calendar postings on our Twogether Consulting website.
