Our On-Site Services:

We can provide your agency with the quality assurance and training components it may be missing, just as we have with more than 40 providers across the state of Texas. We conduct full audits and help providers prepare for annual survey and billing audits. We can also:

Assist with plans of correction
Identify and propose solutions for billing errors and omissions
Develop or refine policies and procedures and orientation packets
Provide resource information, customize forms and complete LON packets.

In addition, we provide hands-on training for case managers, nurses, program administrators, billing personnel and QMRPs.

We conduct on-site documentation training for residential and day habilitation staff. We teach Foster Care responsibilities and documentation and provide ICAP training for QMRPs and case managers.

All our classes are designed to help individuals gain a working knowledge of the programs, improve the skills and abilities they need to meet state standards and increase efficiency in managing their caseloads. Most of our classes are held in Austin. However, you can arrange for us to do classes at your facility.
