For: New Provider, Program Managers, New Care Coordinator/Case Manager, New Nurse, etc…
You will receive a reminder notice to your email and handouts will be sent by email no later than 1 day prior to the webinar.
Here are the topics we will discuss today:
***Part II will use same Power Point handout as Part I, but may receive some additional addendum handouts prior to the session.
-Setting Up SSI,
-Monitoring Medicaid Eligibility & Problems That May Arise,
-Putting Service Delivery Logs/Notes in place,
-Billable Services on the Individual Plan of Care (IPC),
-Contracting Services On The IPC, and
-Discussion of How To Start Billing/Reimbursement Process.
-Some Discussion of CARE System.
- Will also review over need to Set Up of HHSC Portal and Use of Portal for IPC entries, ID/RC’s and LON Increase Packet Information
