Topics: Continued from Part I-Resources at DADS, Basic Start-Up Process Packet-How To Set Up Consumer Charts (Paper or Electronic).  Interacting with the Local IDD Authority-HCS Provider Vs. LIDDA, Consumer Admissions, Transfer, Temporary Discharge (Suspension), Permanent Discharge (Termination), Setting Up SSI, Monitoring Medicaid Eligibility & Problems That May Arise, Putting Service Delivery Logs/Notes  in place, Services on the Individual Plan of Care (IPC) including Community First Choice Services, Contracting Out Services On The IPC, and Discussion of How To Start Billing/Reimbursement Process.  Some Discussion of CARE System.   . **All attendees will receive handouts, recommended forms, and resource.
