How Do I Open, Navigate, and Utilize Shared Dropbox Folders?

November 25th, 2019  10AM-11AM

So I know many of our customers that we work with are invited to a shared Dropbox folder specifically for you or your company.  We pay for an annual subscription to have “the business version” of Dropbox (free dropbox does not meet appropriate encryption levels for our use).  We do this, so that we can safely share information with you and members of your team. Luckily for our customers, there is no cost to you to continue the use of the shared folder/s.

Many of you may have never used Dropbox before, or you haven’t figured out many of the cool features this service provides.  I thought it might be nice to provide you with a basic tutorial on some of the features as well as how to download it to your desktop and ways to really utilize this folder to your best advantage.

We want to make the use of Dropbox a great experience for you!
